    Enter the supplier's API key once. We store only the last 4 digits — the key itself is kept in a secure vault, never in the app.

    For distributors like GFS or Sysco. Copy these values from the trading-partner sheet their EDI team sends.

    Copy these five values from the setup email Sysco sent. They are stored encrypted — nobody, including us, can read them back.

    Sysco keys expire about every 90 days — when the pull stops working, ask Sysco for new keys and enter them here again.

    Connect Restaurant Depot

    Enter your Restaurant Depot member sign-in. The system uses it to fetch fresh prices for you — it is stored encrypted and never shown again. Use a member login allowed to browse your Miami warehouse.

    If Restaurant Depot ever asks to verify a human, the system pauses and shows you exactly what to do, then finishes on its own. It never pretends to be you.

    Set up price updates

    One drag, once. After this, updating prices is two clicks and uses your own Restaurant Depot sign-in — nothing to install.

    1. Press Ctrl+Shift+B (Cmd+Shift+B on a Mac) to show your bookmarks bar, then drag this button up onto it:

      The bar appears just under the address bar. Drop the button anywhere on it.

      1. Press Copy the link instead above.
      2. Open a new tab and go to chrome://bookmarks — the full page, not the side panel.
      3. Click the ⋮ menu at its top right → Add new bookmark. Do not use New folder.
      4. Name: Update RD prices. URL: paste. Then Save.
    2. Open Restaurant Depot and sign in, with your Miami warehouse selected.
    3. Click the bookmark. A small box appears and does the rest — leave it alone until it says done.
